Backyard blooms is a small home run business that started in 2021 by a qualified florist who is also a full time carer for her recovering Grandfather. “My business gives me the flexibility I need to sell beautiful flowers whilst also attending carer needs and other outings”
Inspired for over 20 years by her Mother and Grandmother in the garden, Laura aims to showcase the highest quality seasonal products that can last up to 3 weeks in your home.
She is trained in bridal although this is a new venture for her, “I’m looking forward to branching out with my designs, my favourite wedding boutiques are natural stemmed, big bold shapes and colours”
Laura studied a certificate III in floristry during early 2020 which is something she had aspired to do since she was 10 years of age. She excelled in her class and found that it made her happy, she has a keen eye for colour whilst also experimenting with colour, form and style.
